Tele Collector

Requirements:

• At least SPM level.
• Fresh applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Or minimum 1 year experience in debt recovery (consumer credit business) is added advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong negotiation skills and customer service oriented.
• Capable in Operating Debts Management System.
• Good in Microsoft Office.
• Detailed focused and analytically inclined, self-driven, result oriented & positive outlook.
• Demonstrate good working attitude and interpersonal skills.

Area of responsibilities:

• To ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability of information and data in relation to business operation and assets of the company is protected.
• Achieve the collection target as assigned.
• Report daily collection result to Unit Head.
• Conduct continuous improvement to credit management process.
• Willing to take up challenges and grow with the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
